By downloading or using HomeAI (“the app”), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. By using HomeAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its functionality. You may not reverse-engineer, attempt to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative versions of HomeAI. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to HomeAI remain the property of their respective owners.

HomeAI, operated from Maltepe, Istanbul, is a software service that enables users to generate AI-powered home and interior & exterior design visualizations based on custom prompts, selected styles, and uploaded photos. The app is currently available exclusively for iOS devices.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue any part of HomeAI at any time to ensure the best possible user experience and system performance.

We may also introduce new features or subscription plans in the future. If pricing or subscription terms change, you will be clearly informed before any charges are applied.

Subscriptions and Billing

HomeAI operates on a subscription-based model.

• HomeAI offers weekly and annual subscription plans.
• An active subscription is required to access premium AI features, including image generation and photo-based transformations.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the selected subscription plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Free Trial (If Applicable)

HomeAI may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is available, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased.
