By downloading or using Videopix (“the app”), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. We ask that you respect the work and intellectual property within the app. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app, any part of its functionality, or the trademarks associated with it. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, create derivative versions, or translate it into other languages.
Videopix, located in Maltepe, Istanbul, is a software service that enables users to create AI-generated videos based on custom prompts, selected styles, and even their own uploaded photos. The app is currently available exclusively for iOS devices.
We reserve the right to make updates, improvements, or modifications to the app to ensure its usability and efficiency. Videopix may introduce additional paid features, and if that happens, we will notify you clearly about the pricing and what you are paying for before any charges are applied.
Videopix operates entirely on a credit-based system. • Each request sent to our service — including but not limited to video generation prompts — consumes credits. • Credits are deducted at the time the request is submitted, regardless of the outcome of the generated video. • If your credits run out, you will not be able to create new videos or submit prompts until additional credits are purchased.
Credit Purchases: Credits can be purchased at any time through in-app purchases. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Subscriptions: Videopix also offers subscription plans with different durations (such as weekly, monthly, annual, lifetime, or other options). Subscriptions simply provide you with a recurring credit allowance during the chosen period. Subscriptions do not replace the credit system — credits remain the core requirement for creating videos.
The app stores and processes personal data you provide, such as prompts and uploaded images, to deliver its functionality. This data is securely stored on third-party servers (e.g., AWS). We strongly recommend keeping your device secure and avoiding actions such as jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this can compromise its security and may prevent the app from functioning properly.
Videopix requires an active internet connection to function. The app will not work fully or correctly without access to Wi-Fi or a mobile data connection. As a user, you are responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile network provider when using the app, including roaming charges if you access it outside your home country.
Videopix may require updates to remain compatible with your iOS device. While we will endeavor to provide updates as needed, we do not guarantee that the app will always be fully compatible with every iOS version or device. By using the app, you agree to download updates when they are made available to you.
We strive to ensure Videopix is functional and reliable at all times. However, we rely on third-party services such as AWS to maintain certain features. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the app’s use, its reliance on third-party services, or issues outside of our reasonable control (such as server downtime).
Videopix operates on a credit-based system. Credits are deducted at the time the request is submitted, regardless of the outcome of the generated video.
